As seen for oil change and tire rotation 6/24 and had tire blow on 6/26 on highway. When having the tire changed it was noted lug nuts were loose. Checked 3 other tires and able to remove lug nuts by hand

I am beyond unhappy and quite infuriated to be honest. I have a 2024 Sierra 2500HD that I recently brought in for service. Please note, this is the first brand new vehicle I have every owned. I have always taken care of preventative maintenance myself. I came for my first recommended oil change and waited for the service to be complete. It was done in a timely manner. Afterwards, my husband asked if my tires had been rotated and I looked at my receipt and it stated they had. This seemed very unlikely however since there were not fingerprints on my dirty rims and no marks from an impact gun that would be required to remove the lugnuts to remove the tires. I shrugged it off. Last week it was time to get my second oil change. This time, I decided to label my tires 1-4 so I would know exactly what tire was where so I would know if the tires had been rotated. When I dropped the vehicle off, I specifically asked this time that the tires get rotated. I was assured this was done at every oil change. This time I left the vehicle there and returned later in the day to pick it up. I looked at my printed invoice to see what was done and it clearly stated that my tires had been rotated. When I looked at my tires, once again there were no fingerprints on the rims, no marks from where an impact socket would have touched the lugnuts. Low and behold, the numbers on the tire revealed that the tires were in the identical position on the vehicle that they were when I dropped the vehicle off. This proved that the tires had not come off the vehicle and had not been rotated. I called to speak to the supervisor and he assured me they had been rotated. He went so far as to tell me that he personally saw the tires off of the vehicle. He proceeded to give me a whole explanation as to why it is important to rotate the tires at every oil change, because clearly he does not realize that I have been working on cars my whole life. Despite me telling him that the tires 100% did not come off the vehicle, he refused to admit that this was possible. He stated that I could bring the vehicle back at my convenience to have the tires rotated. Unfortunately, time is not something I have much of, so to have to return to the dealer to have something done that should have been done in the first place is extremely inconvenient. The following day I had my husband stop at the dealership to see if the response would be different coming from a man. The manager was not there, but a technician was. The technician again perpetuated the lie stating that the tires had been rotated. My husband brought him out to the truck so he could demonstrate how the wheel could possibly come off the vehicle and he immediately made a fingerprint on the rim. This further demonstrated that the tires were not touched. The lying is infuriating. I would have much rathered they tell me that they ran out of time and did not rotate the tires. To continually try to insist the tires were rotated has done nothing by infuriate me. My vehicle has now been in for two oil changes and neither time have the tires been rotated. This makes me wonder if the oil filter has been changed. Unlike older vehicles where you can see the spin on filter, this vehicle has a cartridge filter so it is impossible to really know for sure if it has been changed if you did not witness it first hand. I have completely lost faith in the dealership. I am extremely angry that a business would operate like this. Being a business owner myself, it is appalling that things like this go on and management seems to think it is ok.
